Welcome to the Daredevils family! Ringette is a fast-paced, team-first sport invented right here in Ontario. If you are just getting started, these links are a great place to begin.
Equipment Checklist
New to the sport and not sure what your player needs? Here is what every ringette player requires. We also have equipment available to loan, so email president@nfringette.ca to arrange.
Required Equipment
Hockey skates (figure skates are not permitted)
CSA-approved hockey helmet with ringette cage
Shoulder pads
Elbow pads
Hockey gloves
Shin guards
Hockey pants
Neck guard
Athletic supporter or jill (as appropriate)
Provided by the Association
Jersey (returned at season end)
Equipment Loans
We have a selection of equipment available to borrow for the season including sticks and protective gear. Great for families who are trying the sport for the first time.
Used equipment is a great way to save on costs
Policies and Conduct
Expected behaviour standards for all parents and spectators at Daredevils events and games.
Mandatory for one parent or guardian per family before your player takes the ice. Complete online and add your certificate number to your RAMP profile.
Safe Sport
Safe sport is a top priority in Canadian minor sport. Every player, coach, and volunteer has a role in keeping our sport safe and welcoming for everyone.

Concussion Management and Rowan's Law
Ontario's Rowan's Law requires all sport organizations to have a concussion code of conduct and removal-from-sport protocol in place. Please review these documents with your player at the start of each season.

Get Involved
